What we collect
- Business enquiries. When you use our chat assistant or contact us, we collect the answers you give — typically industry, service needed, budget range and city.
- Student applications. If you apply to the 56-Day Industry Experience Program we collect your name, phone number, email, education level, college, city and your area of interest.
- Job applications. If you apply for a role we collect your name, phone, email, the position, experience level, portfolio and social links, your cover letter and your resume file.
- Newsletter. Your email address.
- Technical data. Your IP address and referring page are recorded with each form submission to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to assess applications, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep our forms from being abused. We do not collect anything we do not need for these purposes.
Consent
Every form on this site has a consent checkbox. We only contact you because you ticked it. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it

Who else sees it
Your data is stored on our web hosting with Hostinger and is accessible only to Northern Agency staff who need it. Enquiry summaries may be forwarded to our team over WhatsApp so we can respond quickly. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Submitted data is stored in a folder that is not publicly accessible, and resume files are saved under randomised filenames. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
